Meredith Kapler

Dr. Kapler is a board-certified veterinary surgeon based in Asheville, NC. She earned her undergraduate degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from UNC Asheville before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee in 2010.

Following veterinary school, she pursued a rotating internship at Virginia Tech, an orthopedic fellowship at University of Tennessee, and a small animal surgery residency at North Carolina State University, achieving board certification in 2016.

Her clinical interests include, cruciate ligament disease, cardiothoracic surgery, and optimizing pain management through advanced regional anesthesia techniques.
