Riley Palmese, LVT, CCAT

Riley was born and raised in Valley Stream, Long Island. From a very young age, she knew she wanted to work with animals. She began fostering kittens at the age of 10 and grew up with both dogs and cats.
In high school, Riley attended a vocational veterinary science program. Outside of school, she worked as a veterinary assistant at a local animal hospital. After high school, Riley enrolled in the Veterinary Technician program at the State University of New York at Delhi, graduating with a Degree in Applied Science in May 2022. While at SUNY Delhi, she was a member of the National Veterinary Technician Honor Society.
Upon graduation and obtaining her license, Riley worked as a Veterinary Technician in a small animal general practice. Soon after, she discovered her passion for physical rehabilitation. In April 2024, she graduated from North Carolina State University as a Certified Companion Animal Rehabilitation Therapist. Riley enjoys forming bonds with each of her patients and helping them feel more comfortable.
In her free time, Riley enjoys spending time with her family, including her rabbit and three cats, as well as crafting and reading.
