While a patient is under our care, we will provide timely updates and ensure you are kept fully informed throughout the course of treatment. We always encourage your clients to remain in contact with you for ongoing care and decision-making. It is never our intention to replace the trusted bond you have built. We are here to support it.
All referred clients are asked to sign an agreement stating that their pet will not be seen at our facility for routine wellness services. Following each appointment, we promptly send a full summary of findings, treatment recommendations, and any imaging or lab results directly to your practice.
If a patient may require advanced procedures such as surgery, ultrasound, or endoscopy, we will make every effort to contact you in advance to review the case and honor your preferences for case management.
To help us serve your patients more effectively, please provide recent medical records, radiographs, and relevant lab work by email, fax, or directly through the client.
